Mission
We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to support engineering activities on offshore and industrial projects.
The engineer will be responsible for structural design, calculations and technical reviews, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and client requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Perform and review structural calculations and design studies.
Design and assess steel structures, supports, modules, platforms and associated structural elements.
Perform static and dynamic analyses where required.
Carry out checks related to:
Ultimate and serviceability limit states
Fatigue
Buckling
Stability
Local and global structural behaviour
Develop and review structural calculation notes and technical reports.
Review drawings, 3D models and structural design documentation.
Participate in the design of offshore structures such as:
Topsides
Modules
Jackets
Living quarters
Equipment supports
Pipe racks
Sea fastening structures
Support lifting, transportation and installation studies when required.
Review contractor, subcontractor and vendor documentation.
Interface with naval, mechanical, piping, offshore installation and civil engineering disciplines.
Participate in design reviews, technical meetings and multidisciplinary coordination.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards and classification society requirements.
Provide technical support during fabrication, construction and offshore installation phases.
Profile
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Typically 5+ years of experience in structural engineering.
Previous experience in Oil & Gas, offshore, energy or heavy industrial projects is highly appreciated.
Experience with offshore structures, topsides or modules is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of steel structure design and structural analysis.

Tekla Structures
AutoCAD
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as:
Eurocodes
API
AISC
DNV
ISO offshore standards
Bureau Veritas
ABS
Languages
Fluent professional English required.
French is an advantage.
